— My Story

I’ve been working in the fitness industry as a personal trainer since 2009. My passion for human movement and reducing risk of injury while building strong lean bodies has lead me on many educational journeys to continually improve my knowledge in order to deliver to best service available.

​

In addition to personal training, I’ve been a Senior Presenter for the Functional Training Institute (formally Australian Institute of Kettlebells), having taught over 100 Courses and qualified hundreds personal trainers over the years. Specialising in Kettlebells, I have been personally mentored by the world’s two leading Kettlebell Coaches Sergey Rudnev and Vasily Ginko.
