I’ve spent the last 16+ years helping people build stronger bodies, calmer minds, and more sustainable habits for life, not just for the next 6 weeks.

I believe health isn’t built through punishment or perfection.

It’s built through consistency, clarity, and self awareness.

 

My philosophy is grounded in the Stoic virtues of Courage, Temperance, Wisdom, and Justice, principles that have guided me through both personal challenges and professional growth.

 

I’ve learned that true strength isn’t just physical, it’s emotional resilience, integrity, and how we show up when life gets hard.
